Goals

The Zentrum Paul Klee aimed to transform its digital presence with a platform that would enhance visitor engagement, streamline operations, and strengthen its position as a leading cultural institution. The project had three primary goals:

  1. Inform, Guide, and Inspire Visitors

    • Deliver a captivating online experience that reflects the artistic spirit of Paul Klee.
    • Provide clear and engaging content tailored to different audience groups.

  2. Enable Seamless Sales and Booking

    • Create a high-performing "self-service" platform for ticket sales, product purchases, event bookings, and venue rentals.
    • Integrate an online ticketing system with the existing point-of-sale infrastructure for real-time availability and smooth user experiences.

  3. Support Operations and Marketing

    • Equip staff with powerful tools to manage content, events, and bookings efficiently.
    • Enhance internal communication and streamline the promotion of exhibitions and programs.
