Judicial Assessment Solutions [JAS] is a 'Solution' provided by Level Playing Field that produces and delivers complicated assessments and calculators for the Justice|Legal market segment.

About the project
Goal
The primary goal of this project was to create a simple platform to be made available as a PaaS utilizing open-source resources the allow for calculated outcomes to be displayed visually in a timely and accurate manner. At the same time, each of the jurisdictions served required the ability to customize their own respective assessments and calculators; thus, respecting the discretion of the Courts and authorities using the platform.
Requirements
The basic requirements for this project include:
- using an updated version of Drupal 8 Core [to be D9 by 2021];
- hosting the platform on a scaleable server configuration [turned out to be Google Cloud Platform];
- serving Domain Name Server [DNS] over a Content Delivery Network [CDN] able to deliver an SSL Certificate via a '*' wildcard;
- partition all of the users and content on a per jurisdiction basis; and,
- allow end-users to utilize the platform as a multi-site experience without the server infrastructure.
Outcome
We are happy to say: this project was successful and currently works in over 3,100 counties within the US.

This project has over 30,000 users that geographically distributed and partitioned to over 3,100 physical locations.
This project required highly granular roles and permissions; and, was developed on the Quantum Website distribution.
