The goal of this project was to create a professional, scalable website that reflects JP Robotic's mission, highlights its service offerings, and connects with clients, communities, and the broader Drupal ecosystem.
About the project
The primary goal was to establish a credible, professional online presence for JP Robotic LLC that communicates the company's veteran-owned identity and service capabilities. Requirements included a clean, accessible design; structured content for multiple service lines; and the ability for non-technical staff to manage content easily. The outcome is a fully functional Drupal site at jprobotic.com that serves as both a client-facing portfolio and a demonstration of JP Robotic's Drupal expertise. The site supports the company's Drupal training offerings, community engagement efforts, and mission to deliver reliable, impactful engineering solutions.
Why Drupal was chosen
After evaluating several CMS platforms including WordPress and Squarespace, Drupal was selected for its flexibility, robust content architecture, and strong security foundation — critical for a technically-focused organization. Drupal's modular system allows JP Robotic to tailor the site's structure to its unique mix of services (engineering, 3D modeling, and training) without being constrained by rigid templates. As a company that also offers Drupal training and consulting, building on Drupal allows JP Robotic to practice what it teaches and contribute meaningfully to the open-source community.
