Contribution to the following patch :

Drupal Core
https://www.drupal.org/node/2642122 (overriding an already overridden libraries-override - patch tested and deployed in production)

Décoffrage is built on Drupal, with a visual page builder integrated into the CMS to give the marketing team greater editorial independence.

The page builder allows marketers to design and publish campaign landing pages directly. At the same time, Drupal’s structured content types maintain consistency, reusability, and governance across the platform.

The solution combines the flexibility expected from a marketing page builder with the content management capabilities of an enterprise CMS.

About the project

Goals
- Build an inbound marketing platform addressing construction professionals with expert content around concrete and formwork removal
- Let the marketing team design, publish and iterate on campaign landing pages without a development cycle
- Convert audience into qualified leads through guides, documentation, webinars, a newsletter and appointment booking
- Establish the site as a reference resource on its subject through a structured glossary and long-form guides

Requirements
- A drag-and-drop page builder integrated into Drupal, usable directly on the front end
- Dedicated content types for guides, glossary entries, documentation, webinars, newsletter pages and appointment booking
- A media library with an entity browser, so images and documents are reused rather than re-uploaded
- Content revisions and side-by-side comparison, to support editorial review cycles
- Assisted content generation aligned with the brand's tone of voice
- SSO for the back office, GDPR consent management, and anti-spam protection on every form
- Clean URLs, redirections and sitemap management to preserve acquisition traffic

Outcome
- A Drupal 11 platform combining structured content types with DXPR Builder for free-form landing pages
- Marketing autonomy on campaign pages: layouts are composed visually, in context, and published without a release
- A content offering structured around guides, a glossary, downloadable documentation, webinars and an appointment booking path, each acting as a conversion point
- AI-assisted editing configured with the brand's own edit commands and tones of voice, so generated content stays on brand
- Media, revisions and deletion workflows made reliable through Entity Browser, Media Library, Diff and file deletion modules
- A containerised deployment on Kubernetes driven by GitLab CI, with static analysis and coding standards enforced in the pipeline
- Continuous security maintenance, including same-day application of Drupal core security advisories

Why Drupal was chosen

Décoffrage is the content marketing and lead generation platform of the group, aimed at construction professionals. Drupal was chosen because the platform has to serve a marketing team directly:
- A visual page builder can be plugged into Drupal so that campaign landing pages are built by marketers, not by developers
- Structured content types still guarantee consistency, SEO quality and reusability behind the visual editing layer
- Native handling of gated content: downloadable documentation, webinar registration, newsletter, appointment booking
- A media and revision model robust enough for a site where campaign material is produced and replaced continuously
- Enterprise-grade security and a predictable update cycle
- Full ownership of the data collected, without depending on a proprietary marketing platform

Drupal gives the marketing team the autonomy of a page builder while keeping the governance of a real CMS.

Why these modules/theme/distribution were chosen

DXPR Builder, DXPR Theme and DXPR Theme Helper are the structuring choice of this project. The platform's purpose is to let a marketing team ship campaign pages quickly, so a front-end drag-and-drop builder was preferred over a component set that would have required a developer for every new layout. DXPR Builder edits pages in context, on the rendered front end, and its AI assistant is configured here with two dedicated vocabularies - edit commands and tones of voice - so that assisted writing follows the brand's editorial guidelines instead of generic defaults. DXPR Theme and its helper module provide the front-end framework the builder's layouts are designed against, and the settings layer that keeps them consistent from one campaign to the next.

Media and editorial workflow rely on Entity Browser, Inline Entity Form, Media Library Form Element, Diff and Media File Delete. Entity Browser and Media Library Form Element make asset reuse the default behaviour rather than an option, which keeps a campaign-driven site from accumulating duplicate media; Inline Entity Form lets editors create the related entities of a guide or a webinar without leaving the page they are working on. Diff gives a side-by-side comparison between revisions before publishing, which is what makes a genuine editorial review cycle possible, and Media File Delete lets the team actually remove obsolete assets - a recurring need where campaign material has a short life.

Subentity and Toolbar Menu support the content structure and the back-office ergonomics. Subentity carries the nested content structures behind the guides and the documentation, where a single page aggregates several independently maintained blocks of content. Toolbar Menu gives the marketing team a back-office navigation organised around their own content types - guides, glossary, webinars, documentation, newsletter, appointment booking - rather than around Drupal's default structure, which is what allows non-technical contributors to work in the back office without training.
