Droptica is a European Drupal agency. We audit, take over, migrate and continuously improve Drupal platforms that need senior ownership, security and a clear long-term roadmap.

How we work

New Drupal platforms

1. Requirements analysis. Workshops with your team to agree on goals, users, content model, integrations and scope.
2. Mockups and design. Wireframes, UX and visual design in Figma, built as a design system your editors can reuse.
3. Development and DevOps. Scrum sprints with demos, CI/CD pipelines and hosting set up for your traffic and security needs.
4. Testing. Manual and automated tests (Codeception, Selenium, BrowserStack) before every release.
5. Deployment. Planned launch with a rollback plan and smoke tests, never on a Friday.
6. Support. After launch we stay with you: security updates, monitoring, SLA and continued development.

Existing Drupal platforms

1. Audit first. We scan your codebase with DruScan, our open source audit tool, and a senior architect reviews the results. You get a risk register and a 90-day plan.
2. Stabilise, upgrade or migrate. We fix what is risky first, then move in controlled steps.
3. Care & Growth. Monthly security updates, SLA and a 12-month roadmap. You see everything: Jira, Git and budget reports.

Every change goes through code review by a senior developer before it reaches production. You get a technical opinion, not a brochure.

AI inside Drupal, in production

We build AI features into Drupal platforms our clients already run. They work on the client's own content and run in production, not as proofs of concept.

We have co-organised DrupalCamp Poland since 2012 and host Drupal Contribution Weekend Wrocław. In 2026 we sponsor DrupalCon Rotterdam and DrupalCamp Poland. We run Nowoczesny Drupal, a Polish YouTube channel about building with Drupal, publish on the Droptica blog and translate contributed modules into Polish.
