Organizations Involved

Sprintive designed and developed ADC's digital platform using Drupal, creating a centralized experience for investors, businesses, media, partners, and the general public.
The platform brings together ADC's investment portfolio, project information, institutional content, procurement and tenders, and media resources.
The platform was designed around structured content and interconnected user journeys, allowing users to discover information through multiple paths rather than relying on a traditional website navigation structure.

About the project

Project Details

Interactive Investment Map

One of the core features of the platform is an interactive map of Aqaba, integrated with Google Maps. The map provides investors with a geographic view of ADC's investment portfolio, allowing them to explore opportunities based on their location within Aqaba.
Each project is categorized according to its development status:

  • Ready to Invest
  • Under Construction
  • Operational

Selecting a project provides access to its detailed information, creating a direct journey from geographic discovery to investment research.

Advanced Investment Discovery

The platform was designed around multiple investor journeys. Users can discover opportunities through:

Projects โ†’ Project Details

or:

Clusters โ†’ Projects in this cluster โ†’ Project Details

or:

Investment Map โ†’ Filters โ†’ Investment Opportunity โ†’ Project Details

The investment experience includes advanced filtering based on:

  • Investment cluster
  • Investment status
  • Investment type
  • Project value
  • Project scale

This allows users to narrow down a large investment portfolio according to their specific interests and move quickly from broad exploration to relevant opportunities.

Structured Project Profiles

Each investment project has a dedicated profile containing the information required to understand the opportunity.

Project information is managed as structured Drupal content, allowing details such as location, status, investment type, value, and scale to be reused across the website.

A project can therefore appear on its cluster page, in filtered search results, on the interactive map, and within related investment experiences while being maintained from a single source.

This approach improves content consistency while making the investment portfolio easier to manage and expand.

Institutional Information

Beyond investment opportunities, the platform provides a comprehensive overview of ADC and its role in Aqaba's development.

The website brings together information covering:

  • ADC's history
  • The Royal Vision for Aqaba
  • Board of Directors
  • Organizational structure
  • Partnerships
  • Subsidiaries
  • Strategic information

This gives investors and other stakeholders the institutional context behind ADC's projects and investment opportunities to build more trust overall.

Procurement & Tenders

A dedicated Procurement and Tenders section provides businesses with access to available bidding opportunities.

Tender information is structured to make opportunities easier to discover and provides the relevant details and documentation required by potential bidders.

The section gives ADC a centralized environment for publishing and managing procurement information while providing businesses with a clear path to available opportunities.

Authentication & User Access

The platform includes registration and authentication capabilities, allowing ADC to provide different levels of access depending on the type of user.

This capability is particularly important for the dedicated media experience, where selected resources are restricted to registered media users.

Dedicated Press Room

ADC's Press Room provides a dedicated space for autherized media resources.

The public website remains accessible to all visitors, while press-specific content is available through a separate authentication flow for registered media users.

This creates a controlled environment for ADC to share resources specifically with members of the media while maintaining a clear separation between public and restricted content.

Integrations

The platform integrates several external and Sprintive-developed solutions to extend its functionality across accessibility, content consumption, communication, and location-based discovery.

  • Google Maps
Google Maps powers the interactive investment map, allowing users to explore projects geographically and connect locations with structured investment information and advanced filtering.
  • Musaed
Sprintive's accessibility solution is integrated into the platform to provide additional accessibility tools and support a more inclusive digital experience.
  • Natiq
Sprintive's text-to-speech solution allows users to listen to website content, providing an alternative way to consume information across content-rich pages.
  • Tawk.to
provides a live-chat channel that enables website visitors to communicate directly with ADC.

SEO & Content Architecture

SEO was incorporated into the platform's content and technical architecture. The implementation covers key elements including:

  • Page titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • Heading structures
  • URLs
  • Image alternative text
  • Internal linking
  • Structured content
  • Arabic and English page relationships

Because investment projects, clusters, and related information are structured within Drupal, the platform can provide search engines with clearer relationships between different areas of ADC's content ecosystem.

Why Drupal was chosen

Drupal was selected as the foundation because the project required a structured, scalable, and highly customizable content platform capable of connecting different types of information and user experiences.
The platform needed to manage relationships between projects, investment opportunities, clusters, locations, tenders, institutional content, and media resources.
Drupal's content modeling capabilities allowed these entities to be structured and connected, while its multilingual, user-management, permissions, and extensibility capabilities provided the foundation for the platform's different audiences and authenticated experiences.
The architecture also allowed Sprintive to integrate external services and proprietary tools while maintaining Drupal as the central content-management layer.
