Modules:

• Entity Reference (with) Hierarchy

Entity reference field that comes with Drupal core allows creating a linear list of entity references. This module allows creating hierarchical entity references where each entity reference is in a parent/child relationship with another entity reference. It also supports revisions if used together with Entity reference revisions module.

• Group Profile

The module will add a new group permission to view published and unpublished profiles of users who are members of the group. Users will also need the general, view users permission to be able to see the profile on the user's page. Otherwise, you will need to provide another way to access the profile.
Profiles can also be added to groups as group content; unlike adding users as group members, the same profile can be added to the same group multiple times.
