Meet Comic Relief

Comic Relief is a major charity based in the UK, with a vision of a just world, free from poverty. Our mission is to drive positive change through the power of entertainment.

We work all year round to help make our vision a reality. And in the years since we started out in 1985, with the support of some remarkable people, we've achieved amazing things and raised over £1 billion.

Main campaign site is based on our Drupal 8 distribution. Our digital products range between large campaign websites (Drupal, PHP microservices), smaller web products (Symfony/custom), mobile apps, social media, and anything else which comes into the team which sits on a scale-able, resilient and performant platform.

As well as our 365 offerings we also have our our hugely performant On the Night platform, which is built to take 300 transactions per second.
