Metchosin Kimura Shukokai Karate

Metchosin Kimura Shukokai Karate believes that karate is not only about self-defence but also building confidence, fitness, and character. Our training takes place weekly at the Metchosin Community Hall on Friday nights. We welcome all ages and offer 2 weeks free trial to try it out. Lessons are weekly on Fridays, 6 to 7:30pm. All are welcome even if you just want to come and see if you like karate.
